Pelone Mount is part of the Monti della Laga chain, and extends between the municipalities of Amatrice and Cortino.

It reaches an altitude of 2230 meters and is one of the most important peaks of the Monti della Laga chain and its panoramic position offers spectacular views of the surrounding region.

Monte Pelone is a popular destination for lovers of hiking and outdoor activities. Various hiking trails are available that allow you to reach the top and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Abruzzo Apennines.
